Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau Craziest Fan Contest

We've been about ready to burst at the seams with excitement about our upcoming events with the Arlington Convention & Visitor's Bureau, and now we can finally share! The “Craziest Fan” contest to be held at Lincoln Square (near Petsmart) on Saturday, February 5, 2011. The winner deemed the “Craziest Fan” wins two tickets to The Big Game in Arlington on February 6.

Joining the Craziest Fan contest as Master of Ceremonies is Ross Mathews, known to millions from his appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Chelsea Lately with Chelsea Handler. Whether he is covering movie premieres, the Winter Olympic Games, the Academy Awards, jumping out of a plane or shopping in London with pal Gwyneth Paltrow, Ross' unique approach is always fresh, outrageous and fun. E! Entertainment Television named Ross one of the 30 Most Outrageous Celebrities, solidifying his spot as one of the most exciting personalities on television today. Lets just be clear ~ We ADORE Ross! Mathews will be joined by a panel of judges including Dallas-based comic and writer Gene McGuire, Dallas Cowboys Radio sidelines reporter Kristi Scales, Abilene radio personality JB Cloud, and others.
“We’re expecting a whole lot of ‘Looney Tunes’ to be out and about during the Craziest Fan competition,” says Jay Burress, President and CEO of the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau. “This is a great way for people to come out, get excited about their teams – any teams – and have a chance at winning these extremely hard-to-come-by tickets.”
After the Contest, Country Music Favorite Kevin Fowler will be performing on the main stage. For more information and official rules, visit arlington.org/craziestfan.
