Global Meetings Industry Day is April 4th!

#SweetPR: The North Texas Meetings and Hospitality community is excited to announce a worldwide day of education and events for this years Global Meetings Industry Day. GMID North Texas will take place this Thursday, April 4th, at Texas Live and brings together leaders and professionals from across the meetings and events industry to showcase the economic impact that business meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive travel, trade shows and exhibitions have on the business and communities.

The Omni Dallas Hotel will also join in on the celebration, showcasing a special light show honoring this important celebration.

The North Texas GMID events are a part of a much larger global event, with more than 200 other GMID events happening on that day, across 6 continents. The committee has worked incredibly hard to make this a special and impactful day. This years Co-chairs are Sherry Kupke Delagarza CMP, CMM and Patty Daniels Phelps. They are legends in the event industry, and have brought together and incredible team to help North Texas shine!
